Interestingly, I noticed the stagnation begin to occur shortly after the Zoom meetings. Many of us were tough on them. I know I was. I told them all the problems with starting a business using inferior software. They began three years ago (in January 2019) and had all that time to find and correct the bugs before going live online.

I wonder if they backed off once they realized the challenges they faced, which could affect how the users behave—losing interest (Just a thought). I can't spend much time there either anymore, especially since I see nothing was accomplished after the Zoom meeting. So I just check in once in a while to see if anything changed.
